After digesting its massive theft of ideas, things and people from Paperclip following the end of World War II, the US wasted no time in designing and implementing the world's largest network of commercial espionage that has ever existed, and one which still exists in vastly expanded form today - as we saw from the revelations by Edward Snowden. Today, an astonishingly high percentage of the world's internet traffic passes through the US on its way to Europe or Asia; a similar situation existed with telegraphy and telephone at the end of World War II, a situation the US government immediately exploited to the full. With the full cooperation of RCA, ITT and Western Union - who transmitted almost all of the US telegraphic traffic - the NSA was provided with daily microfilm copies of every telegraph entering, leaving and passing through the United States. This was Project Shamrock, initiated in 1945 to access every telegraph message in a search for commercial intelligence that could help American firms be more "competitive" in international markets. The first intended target was of course Germany since that country had already demonstrated its vast superiority in science and development, but naturally the entire world quickly became a target, and Shamrock evolved into Echelon, doing the same things but on an almost infinitely larger and global scale.  (10) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (16) (17) (18)

Ao contrário da maioria das outras nações industrializadas, os EUA nunca aceitaram o conceito de sindicatos de trabalhadores, que foram sempre descritos e denegridos nos meios de comunicação social norteamericanos como uma espécie de socialismo perigoso que exploraria os trabalhadores. Mas foi sempre verdade que foi o capitalismo que explorou os trabalhadores e o socialismo que os tentou proteger. Graças aos meios de comunicação social, a maioria dos americanos ainda hoje tem esta compreensão errada da realidade. De facto, ao examinar o registo histórico, é perfeitamente visível que nem o governo dos EUA, nem o seu tecido empresarial, alguma vez tiveram os trabalhadores ou os empregados em grande consideração. Il primo di questi casi è il dato di fatto che la Barbie della Mattel è morta, almeno in Cina. “Dopo due anni di vita nel suo palazzo di Shanghai di 4.000 metri quadrati su sei piani, la Barbie della Mattel si sta trasferendo”. La casa dei sogni ha ufficialmente chiuso e, secondo gli analisti, la ragione è che la Barbie non ha avuto successo tra i clienti cinesi in questa grande città. Mattel ha speso moltissimo per aprire questo flagship store che ora ha chiuso i battenti. Finalmente. Si dice che i Cinesi amino salvare la faccia ma sentite cosa dice la Mattel: il costosissimo negozio di Barbie di Shanghai “serviva solo a portare il marchio Barbie in Cina. Ha avuto successo, quindi è il momento di andare avanti”. Giusto.

Per chi non lo sa, Barbie non è mai stata pensata per i bambini.

Barbie era un giocattolo sessuale di nome “Lilli” progettata in Svizzera negli anni ’50 e popolare soprattutto tra i single pervertiti d’Europa.

In quel periodo, una donna ebrea di nome Ruth Handler, che, insieme al marito, era la proprietaria dell’allora piccola azienda di giocattoli Mattel, era in vacanza in Germania: a quanto pare, si è innamorata di questa bambola, l’ha portata negli Stati Uniti, e ha cominciato a commercializzarla come un giocattolo “più maturo” per le bambine “che esplorano la femminilità”.
